Leslie Atik
Leslie integrates
her interests in language and textiles in her artwork. She
has degrees in Spanish literature and linguistics from the
University of California, Los Angeles as well as a BFA in
painting from the Massachusetts College of Art and an MFA
in fibers from the Tyler School of Art, Temple University.
Leslie has exhibited her work in numerous solo and group
exhibitions and has been awarded several fellowships,
including, most recently, a Career Development Fellowship
from the Center for Emerging Visual Artists. Leslie lives
and works in the Philadelphia area.
